Michelle is our Head of Business Development, charged with leading on the identification of new funding streams and for driving our marketing and business development activities. She is the energy and expertise behind our strategic relationships with funders and innovative businesses, and acts as the link between the two.
Michelle has worked in the public sector for over 12 years and joins us following a highly successful career with the University of Lincoln. Michelle was responsible for helping secure external funding income for commercial research and knowledge transfer activities along with developing long term strategic partnerships. As well as being a vital member of the team running the 10by10 Business Accelerator Programme, Michelle was the inspiration behind the set-up of the programme.
