Paul is our Head of Operations, responsible for the delivery of our business support programmes, including Grants4Growth, the Gainsborough Growth Fund and The Innovation Programme for Greater Lincolnshire, and for ensuring that we meet our contract objectives. Paul’s diverse business background covers significant time in retail, financial services and healthcare insurance and, since joining the team in 2013, he has managed multiple projects.
